I've been building things on the internet for over 10 years. Websites, web applications, SEO strategies, marketing systems — all of it. I ran a web development and SEO agency called Digital Online Presence, working with real businesses on real problems. Not theory. Hands on the keyboard, solving things.

A couple of years ago, I watched AI go from a research curiosity to something that could actually do useful work. Not the hype — the real capability. Voice agents that could hold a conversation. Automation platforms that could wire 10 tools together without code. Language models that could actually understand context.

I went all-in.

I started Implement AI because I wanted to do one thing well: build AI systems for small businesses that actually work in production. Not demos. Not proof of concepts. Systems that answer the phone at 2 AM, send the reminder at the right time, and route the right information to the right person — automatically.

My first full build was for a luxury transportation company in Hawaii. I built an AI voice receptionist that answers every call, an automated reminder system that runs without any staff effort, and a connected automation layer that ties their booking system, SMS, calendar, and logging into one pipeline. The whole thing went live in three weeks.

I'm based in Seattle because this is where I live, and because local matters. If something goes wrong, I can show up. If you want to meet in person to talk through your business, I'm here. I'm not a call center in another state. I'm the person who built the system, and I'm the person who maintains it.

I'd rather build something that works than talk about building it.

I'm not the guy who's going to dazzle you with a pitch deck. I'm the guy who's going to ask you where you're losing money, figure out what AI can actually fix, and then go build it.

The tools that were available only to companies with six-figure tech budgets two years ago are now accessible to a plumber in Seattle with 5 employees. The technology is ready. Most small businesses just don't know it yet.

The best AI system is one that actually gets used.

I've seen businesses buy expensive software that nobody logs into. The systems I build don't require you to learn anything or log into anything. They run in the background, doing the work. That's the point.

Local accountability matters.

You should be able to call the person who built your system. You should be able to meet them for coffee and tell them what's not working. I'm in Seattle. I answer my phone. That's not a feature — it's the baseline.

Automation should make your business more human, not less.

The goal isn't to replace you. It's to handle the routine stuff — the appointment reminders, the after-hours calls, the data entry — so you have more time for the work that actually requires a human. Your best clients deserve your attention. AI handles the rest.

Discovery first, always. I don't pitch packages on a first call. I listen, map out your business, and tell you honestly whether AI is a fit. If it's not, I'll say so.
I build, test, and maintain. This isn't a handoff. I build the system, test every scenario, deploy it, and keep it running. If something breaks, I fix it. That's what "maintained by us" means.
No subcontractors on core work. The person you talk to is the person who builds it. I don't outsource the technical work to a team you've never met.
Month-to-month after 90 days. No long-term contracts. I keep clients because the system works and the ROI is obvious — not because of fine print.
